Taproom Exclusives - $7
Rooted, 7% ABV
We couldn't be happier to have put roots down in Plymouth so we created a special cider to mark the occasion. Rooted is fermented with sassafras root, honey, and juniper berry.
Goodbye Summer, 6.5% ABV
We’re saying ‘goodbye’ to summer by recreating our Welcome Summer, a bright pineapple gose, and adding a twist of sweet and savory basil.
Batch #4 Brite Side, 6.8% ABV
For our 4th Batch release, available only in the taproom, we came upon a happy accident -- by taking a faulty version of our Honeypot and conditioning it on lemon zest and ginger, we created a refreshing new cider with bold notes of citrus and an off-dry finish.
Core Series - $6
Core, 5.8% ABV
Our flagship cider. Produced using the freshest Massachusetts apples, this cider reflects the dynamics of the season’s harvest with a full body and balanced flavor.
The “OG”, 5.7% ABV
The cider that launched High Limb — crafted sweet to celebrate the rich flavors of Fall.
Honeypot, 6.8% ABV
Our saison-style cider fermented with local New England honey for bright and floral notes rounded out by a subtle spice and off-dry finish.
Layers, 6.5% ABV
Late season apples and local cranberries are co-fermented for a tart and structured profile with a layer of orange peel and subtle bite of pink peppercorn.
Maple Days, 6.5% ABV
Local maple sap from Dufresne’s Sugar House blended with New England apples, fermented with ale yeast and finished with a touch of maple syrup for a slightly decadent experience.
Batch Series - $7
Batch #3 New England, 7% ABV
Original New England ciders were fermented using local apples, raisins and brown sugar. Our modern version has a rich, refreshing profile with nice tannins and a moderately dry finish.
Noble Series - $8
Smoked, 10% ABV
The first release in our Noble series explores is inspired by traditional Rauchbier. New England apples are smoked in small batches over hand harvested beech wood, creating this rich cider with a toasty nose and a savory and smoky palate.
