We’ve been experimenting with dessert ciders and our fans seem to love them so we decided to make it a regular thing. Each release will be inspired by our favorite baked treats and fermented using the highest quality ingredients.

Blueberry crumble

Our Blueberry Crumble has everything a great dessert needs: ripe fruit, brown sugar, cinnamon crumble, buttery crust, and an 8% New England cider ferment. Ok, fine, great desserts don’t need to be boozy but it definitely makes them better.

Past Flavors

Toasted Orange Créme brûlèe

This French-inspired ferment was created with a blend of New England cider on hand toasted orange peels and with a blend of burnt cream, sugar, and vanilla for a balanced citrus, creamy blend. Crafting this dessert style cider was tough but the hardest part was spelling it correctly.

dutch apple crisp

Our New England cider is mixed with fall spices and bursting with notes of brown sugar, oatmeal, and crisp apple. It’s then blended with lactose sugar for a creamy mouthfeel reminiscent of the vanilla ice cream topping that makes an apple crisp an apple CRISP.
